Inna Bliss Yoga Brisbane welcomes you to retreat into one of our spacious, light-filled & soulful yoga studios, where one can seek serenity, feel inspired and take space from the fullness of modern life.

We have two beautiful boutique yoga studios and wellness centres located in Brisbane's South Side, at Bulimba & Camp Hill.  We offer a hub for conscious wellbeing, positive transformation and self-care.

Our yoga at Inna Bliss is breath-inspired and alignment-infused, delivered within a heart-centred & creative practice. We welcome our students to begin where they are, with full awareness and acceptance of all that they bring to the mat, and through offering yoga that is sincere and purposeful, take them on a journey of self-discovery, exploring the deeper richness and magic of the practice.

This leads to a yoga practice that is authentic, holistic and empowering, and will support you in your body and life on and off the mat.

We offering a diversity of contemporary vinyasa flow yoga classes, yin yoga, yang to yin, restorative yoga, beginners yoga courses, pregnancy yoga and meditation classes. We also offer monthly yoga masterclasses and workshops, and
meditation retreats, as well as yoga teacher training in Brisbane.

 Our yoga classes are instructed by a dedicated team of Brisbane's best yoga teachers, who are highly trained, caring and motivated in supporting you to safely & confidently explore strength, openness, flexibility and a deep sense of inner calm.
