Kate Morgan

Kate has been a student of yoga and meditation for over 20 years and became a teacher in 2022. As the owner of Inna Bliss Studios, she keeps busy, coordinating the teachers and running both studios whilst still making time for her practice and teaching. She has used her practice of yoga to support her and her family throughout her adult life. Kate’s approach to her teaching involves viewing it as an honour to create space for others in order to connect with the healing gifts of this ancient practice. Kate advocates for a healthy body-mind connection and believes in nurturing and nourishing the body and the soul. Her practise seeks to combine strength with a gentleness and encouragement for students to intuitively meet their own needs during class. She embraces humour and joy in her classes, acknowledging that every teacher and student is human, and laughter is a healing part of life.
